I also appreciate that her forms are free on her website; she is an engaging and interesting presenter, very conversational. Love her forms - so creative and practical! re: manual/tech-she showed several slides not present in manual. could not hear questions from audience and presenter didn't repeat them. jumped around slides in manual, hard to find. otherwise outstanding!!"
