  6. Determine how the lifestyle factors affect hormone balance – standard American diet, obesity, too much or too little exercise, chronic stress, inadequate sleep, and environmental toxins. 
  7. Investigate the myriad of food reactions: allergies, sensitivities and reactions as well as how to manage them.
