I am having trouble logging in to my account


(1) If you are receiving the below error message when trying to sign in at catalog.pesi.com to purchase, view or download a streaming seminar:

  1. Please ensure you have no typos in your entered email address

  2. Please note that while you may have an existing customer account under https://www.pesi.com to purchase Live Seminars, DVD's, & Books, you are currently on https://catalog.pesi.com/ which is a separate PESI customer account where you can access Live Webcasts, Digital Seminars and Online Courses.  You are safe to create a new customer account.


(2) If you are receiving the below error message when trying to sign in at catalog.pesi.com to purchase, view or download a streaming seminar:

  1. Please ensure you have entered your password in correctly and you do not have CAPS Lock engaged on your keyboard

  2. Please reset your password  by clicking on the “Forgot your Password?” link below the Password field and follow the instructions on how to reset your password.

If you don’t know what your user information is, or it isn't working for you, please call the Help desk at (877) 602-9877 to have your login information reset.
