Save your job, save your relationship, and save yourself!! This book is the often-missing, modern human owner’s manual. A comprehensive resource book to help maneuver the jungle of life and even plan.

  • Learn how to self-apply a calming signal to your brain and release emotional and physical dysregulation, even emotional and physical pain. Release anger, grief, worry, sadness, shyness, emptiness, conflicts, frustration, fear, guilt, overwhelm, pain, resentment and more, quickly, effortlessly and completely – often in 10-20 minutes. Often overlooked is that all emotions are felt in the body. A pounding heart, pressure on the chest, tight throat, vibrating body, tremors, tense shoulder and more, are representations of uncomfortable emotional responses.
“I cannot believe how fast I feel so well.”
  • When emotions are high, the reactive, frightened amygdala and limbic system of the brain signals for the protective responses of fight, flight, freeze and resulting foggy brain. These reactions are often too extreme for the actual situation but finding ways to calm down has alluded many. This book is full of quick, specific instructions to calm the amygdala and limbic system so the intelligent, personality-filled and problem solving pre-frontal cortex can diplomatically respond.
  • Phobias of flying, public speaking, performance anxiety, test taking, and unwanted habits like nail biting are covered. Anxiety, social anxiety (shyness), compulsive behaviors, trauma and depression are included with what they are and how to release them. Learn HOW to desensitize years of inopportune triggering reactions.
“Ridding myself of this public speaking phobia has changed my life and opened up many possibilities.”
  • Comprehensive, exciting, motivating, humorous, and poignant, Tapping the Mighty Mind will be your knowledgeable coach, and your first stop to review, reflect, and recover from life’s challenges and pain. The sixty fast and easy stress management and communication enrichment techniques included are drawn from the forty years experience of workshops and clinical practice of highly sought-after psychotherapist and anxiety specialist Robin W Bilazarian, LCSW, DCSW, DCEP, International Certified Master EFT Trainer.
“I would still be married if I had known this material earlier.”
  • An Amazon Best Seller. Written by a brief therapy expert and renowned national psychotherapy trainer, Tapping the Mighty Mind is simple and easily understood. This ambitious in scope, comprehensive reference book blends both established counseling practices and the effective, mind-body methods. These tools benefit everyone, not just professionals and should be taught to all.
  • Methods 1-2 should be required life skills of all high school age students and adults. These include active listening, basic, proven communication and stress self-management skills – tools she taught to staff at a Regional Trauma Hospital and medical school, in Private Practice and to large crowds at her popular national presentations. Later chapters merge the newer, faster, efficient mind-body techniques, called the Emotional Freedom Techniques aka tapping that supercharge talk therapies. A side effect and byproduct of some of these acupressure for the emotions methods are significant pain reduction, possibly a tool to battle the Opioid Epidemic. Surprise is guaranteed as you harness quick-releasing outcomes!

Tapping the Mighty Mind is a complete, therapeutic workshop in the palm of your hand. So teach yourself to stop stressing, to implement thoughtful action and include a non-medication way to release pain.

Robin Bilazarian, LCSW, DCSW, DCEP (Diplomate in Energy Psychology), and International Certified Master EFT trainer, is a brief therapy expert, author and speaker who uses passion and humor to share a wealth of knowledge and her twenty years of experience integrating EFT into mainstream mental health treatment. She is the author of the Amazon best-seller Tapping the Mighty Mind: Simple Solutions for Stress, Conflict, and Pain. Her passion is to bring these rapid, thorough and gentle meridian and cognitive-based techniques into mainstream clinical mental health treatment.

EFT is a well-researched, comprehensive, mind-body treatment that rapidly desensitizes unwanted thoughts, emotions and connected physical reactions. EFT goes beyond supportive counseling and is actual treatment. It’s surprising how quickly turmoil dissipates; clients are usually better in one session -even if the issue is long standing.

Robin obtained her MSW degree from the University of Pennsylvania and the University of North Carolina/Chapel Hill and interned at Duke Medical Outpatient Psychiatry. Her more than thirty years of clinical practice includes employment in all levels of mental health treatment, including private practice and using EFT in a community mental health center and with medical staff. She was recruited and worked for fourteen years as an internal Employee Assistance Program counselor, bringing these highly effective, short-term techniques to medical staff and students in a regional trauma hospital. Her trainees also included police, fire fighters, first responders, educators, city workers and others. She ran numerous internal and external EFT workshops, including psychiatric rounds and community conferences. She speaks nationally and internationally on this topic and presents frequently for NASW and Rutgers University. She is a sought-after expert in working with anxiety spectrum disorders.
