Description

Dear Colleague:

As an experienced clinician, I know firsthand what it’s like to work with clients who are struggling with challenging issues like longstanding depression, persistent anxiety, debilitating panic attacks, deeply ingrained trauma, and chronic pain. I also know the frustration you feel when your go-to mindfulness-based interventions aren’t getting the results you and your clients would like to see.

Determined to improve this, I’ve spent the last two decades mastering how to apply what we know about mindfulness practices to achieve optimal results with clients. Join me as I share them with you!

This course recording is likely quite different from other mindfulness courses you’ve attended in the past. Designed to take your mindfulness skills to the next level, this training integrates the most powerful evidence-based techniques that pull from several related fields: mindfulness, self-compassion, and psychophysiology.

I’ll provide step-by-step guidance for how to integrate these highly effective new techniques into your sessions to achieve optimal results for the toughest clients on your caseload!

I’m very excited to share this knowledge with you!

Warmly,

Dr. Inna Khazan
