Description

Thanks to blood flow restriction training (BFR), we now have a new evidence-based tool to safely push programming and reduce your patient’s recovery timeline.  BFR is well-established in the field — with dozens of peer-reviewed articles in the scientific literature – it’s the latest and greatest tool that will set you apart from other clinicians and enhance patient outcomes.

  • Safe techniques that can be used early in the rehab process
  • Rehabilitate with less stress on joints and tendons
  • Improve strength, hypertrophy, and endurance for faster recovery

This emerging treatment is so effective that bodyweight alone is often enough to stimulate adaptations and promote healing, making this a great tool that can be used with many of the patients you treat! BFR training is hands down one of the best ways to promote muscle hypertrophy and tissue healing, ultimately accelerating recovery in rehab!
