Description

If you’re where I was, it feels like today’s healthcare model is holding you back.

14 years in my healthcare career & having just finished my master's in adult education—I was questioning the next career moves because I was feeling drained. Going from client to client and being asked to do more with less.

I signed up for a coaching course on a whim, unsure what it could do in clinical practice because the phrase “coaching” is so vague. I applied that framework to the most challenging client the whole team was struggling with, and we were finally making progress. The switch flipped.

I kept testing it. No matter the clients’ struggle, this framework got results over and over again. Coaching allows you to expertly guide conversations to help the client come up with their OWN solution. I’ve devoted my career to sharing this methodology that I’ve adapted specifically for healthcare professionals to help clients change behavior - and sustain it long-term.

  • Go beyond SMART goals with simple tips that enhance results
  • Learn how the Coach Approach differs from other talk therapies such as Motivational Interviewing and CBT and why you need it in your toolkit
  • Acquire simple yet powerful tools to guide your patient to become the drive of their own health and well-being

Best of all? This approach is a perfect fit for anyone who works in healthcare! Make the impact you’ve always dreamt of – on YOUR terms. Continue to do your impactful work that in a healthcare ecosystem where both client and practitioner thrive.

Grow your career * Improve clinical outcomes * Build stronger relationships
