Tracey Long, PhD, APRN, MS, MSN, CDE, CNE, CCRN, has been practicing for 35 years, working in critical care, endocrinology, and primary care. She is also a nursing professor teaching courses in medical Spanish, diabetes education, cultural competency, critical care, and medical surgical nursing. Tracey lived in Spain and served as a health welfare missionary in Colombia, South America for 18 months. One of her favorite activities is bringing nurses and healthcare professionals to international medical clinics in Central and South America.
