Philip Manfield, PhD, developed the Flash Technique, which he teaches nationally and internationally. He has practiced psychotherapy in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1975. Dr. Manfield has authored or edited four books about psychotherapy and EMDR, including EMDR Up Close: Subtleties of Trauma Processing, and EMDR Casebook.
