Description

  • Integrate EMDR Therapy & Mindfulness practices seamlessly into your current practice
  • Discover the 8-Stage Protocol of EMDR Therapy
  • Help clients finally move past their treatment obstacles

Early in my career, I found that many of my clients were struggling with maintaining symptom relief and effectively processing past traumas with the traditional talk therapy. It was a powerless feeling to see my clients progressing at a snail’s pace.

Frustrated, I sought out alternative treatments. I wanted something that embraced holistic approaches and were informed about the medical and neurological underpinnings of mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma. Along this journey, I discovered EMDR Therapy and mindfulness.

After I started integrating EMDR Therapy into my practice, my clients started reporting amazing improvements! They reported they were less angry; less depressed; and less anxious; their relationships were more fulfilling; better quality sleep. Clients were able to follow through with behavioral assignments more easily outside of session. Their anxieties and phobias began to wane and become more manageable.

Mindfulness practices and EMDR are very compatible with one another. Attend this workshop and learn how. Through guided mindfulness practices my clients appeared to be more readily able to cope with the emotional and physical reactions towards events brought forth in therapy. They were also able to cope with stress and conflict more effectively.

I have seen my practice and my clients transformed by implementing these therapeutic approaches. I am passionate about teaching other mental health professionals how to integrate EMDR Therapy and mindfulness into their practice.
