Many practitioners remain uneducated about this condition and individuals are often too ashamed or embarrassed to seek professional help. The American Urological Association recommends conservative measures as the first line of treatment – and there are so many more options than just pads, medication and surgeries! Learn the different types of incontinence, common misconceptions, normal bladder function and non-invasive behavioral interventions you can implement immediately for clients of all ages.
