Complete this seminar and get the latest, updated Motivational Interviewing (MI) techniques recently released by MI founders Drs. Miller and Rollnick. Join experienced MI trainer, Christopher C. Wagner, Ph.D., member of the international Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT), and learn how to integrate MI skills into your practice – newly adapted for common clinical problems beyond addiction treatment.
Take away the four processes approach to MI that now make the skills more accessible and useful in your everyday clinical practice. This seminar shows you how MI can be used to enhance engagement in treatments other than MI. Learn evidence-based skills to adapt and integrate MI with other treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Interpersonal and Social Rhythms Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. This seminar also addresses the time-crunch dilemma of many clinicians, and teaches specific ways to use MI for more brief counseling sessions.
