We’ve all seen the stress and confusion that parents of children with food allergies experience. In this session, we delve into the complexities of food allergies, equipping you with the knowledge and communication skills necessary to guide parents effectively. Elizabeth Pecoraro, MS, RDN, is a registered dietitian nutritionist, food allergy expert, and cookbook author. She has a private practice, working with clients with and without food allergies. Elizabeth has a master’s degree from Columbia University in Nutrition and Applied Psychology. She is the author of The Allergy-Friendly Cookbook, which provides families with a variety of top 9 allergen-free meal ideas. Elizabeth is also a mom of two children with multiple food allergies, so she realizes how overwhelming it can be to navigate feeding your child safely and also nutritiously.
