Description

Every day people are fighting for their health. A proper diet is key, but it's hard to eat right in America. Fiber evades us, sugar taunts us. Extra calories are everywhere. We're lucky if we know what a cruciferous vegetable is, let alone eat one every day. What can we do? TV Host, Dietitian Nutritionist and author Zonya Foco will ignite a fire to become champions of the health of our patients and our culture, starting first with ourselves.
