Description

  • Make a radical difference in your clients as little as 12 sessions
  • Understand why the nervous system plays a critical role in healing PTSD
  • The four essential phases of trauma therapy
  • Learn the two key skills of trauma resolution

Attend this interactive seminar and walk away with the essentials to the most efficient way to heal PTSD symptoms, and the skills to make a radical difference in your clients as little as 12 sessions. You will learn, through hands-on experience, how clients can process trauma through their bodies, not just managing but healing symptoms. This approach is an expanded and deepened version of Peter Levine’s Somatic Experiencing Model. Learn how and when to use foundational resourcing skills, how to work with attachment wounds (boundaries, trust development, and bonding), and how to avoid the pitfalls of traumatic transference. The hands-on labs will introduce you to:

  • The process of resourcing so that you will know how to support clients in coping with and managing traumatic symptoms, before releasing begins.
  • Containment and Autonomic Regulation: the process of releasing traumatic charge through the body
  • How transference and dissociation can be used to help clients deepen their healing

Knowing how to use a body-based model for transforming trauma is imperative in today’s evolution of therapy, counseling and physical healing.

Join Saj Razvi, MA, founder of the Love and Trauma Center, and learn practical, cutting-edge skill sets not typically taught in traditional psychotherapeutic trainings. Leave the seminar with a much more significant understanding of the trauma process, as well as specific skill sets to work with a client’s traumatic reactivity.
