This unique training offers a deeply interactive learning experience and grounding in Polyvagal Theory.
Hand selected by Deb Dana, the Foundations of Polyvagal senior trainers and consultants will guide you through this immersive 6-month training to help you gain the confidence and expertise you need to successfully integrate Polyvagal Theory into your clinical practice.

Deb's training is divided into five comprehensive training modules with over 45 hours of LIVE training, LIVE Q&As, recorded lectures, readings, plus, hands-on large and small group work.
On January 7, the preliminary self-study content from Deb and self-study component for Module 1 will be available in your portal. On January 20, we come together for the first live virtual training. Subsequent self-study modules with Deb will be available in your portal after each virtual live training module.
As you move through the program, Deb's senior trainers and consultants will walk alongside you through live trainings, experiential and consultation sessions—module by module—to bring the theory to life in their teaching, practices and in the way they navigate the world.
In addition to Deb's presence throughout the training through the recorded content, Deb will offer two 90-minute Q&A sessions during the series. Along with reviewing the written and recorded material, you will be asked to complete practice assignments between training dates to gain confidence and expertise.
You'll also get unlimited access to Deb's comprehensive training materials, including her recorded sessions, slides, handouts, and exercises she's developed to add to your clinical toolbox and use with your clients.

Courtney Rolfe, MA, LCPC, is a licensed psychotherapist in Chicago, Illinois. She is the founder of Modern Mind & Heart (formerly Modern Mind Counseling), which provides individual counseling, clinical consultation, and training with the specialized focus on application of Polyvagal Theory. She has a long history of working with trauma, both in private practice and in various social service organizations serving marginalized communities.
Courtney is a senior trainer in Deb Dana's Rhythm of Regulation training series. She has led several training cohorts through the Rhythm of Regulation's intensive 6 month “Foundations of Polyvagal Theory in Practice” course, and is excited to continue this work with future groups. Courtney is enthusiastic about bringing the Polyvagal Theory to clients and clinicians alike. Amy is the founder and owner of Rooted Compassion Counseling and Consulting in Cincinnati, Ohio and leads a team of seven therapists who offer counseling through the lens of the PVT. In addition to being trained in the PVT, Amy utilizes EMDR and her deep background in bodywork to help clients move to post traumatic growth and healing. In addition, she is a sought-after speaker in a variety of topics that helps others understand the PVT through a variety of ways. Amy utilizes storytelling, humor and professionalism to teach difficult topics with ease and helping others move to a deep understanding of what is being shared
