"Refer out for medication and move on."
That’s what most of us were taught about clients with personality disorders. They're "too difficult, too intense, too resistant to change."
But here’s the truth:
You can work with clients with borderline, antisocial, narcissistic, obsessive compulsive and other personality disorders —without feeling unsure, stuck, or emotionally drained.
And in this new self-paced certification course, experts Katelyn Baxter-Musser, Wendy Behary and Janina Fisher, PhD will show you how, step-by-step…
…giving you a simple to follow approach to confidently treat all 10 personality disorder types using PROVEN therapies like DBT, CBT, Schema Therapy, and EMDR.
You’ll get dozens of real-world solutions THAT WORK so you can diagnose with clarity, manage boundary pushing behaviors, and empower clients to build healthier relationships and emotional regulation.
And unlike many trainings that only scratch the surface, this program dives deep into how trauma, attachment styles, co-occurring disorders, and neurobiology shape these clients —and how to use this knowledge to get real results.
PLUS, when you complete the training you won’t just have new skills—you’ll be eligible* to become a Certified Personality Disorder Treatment Provider (C-PD) at no additional cost.
