AMY ROMBYER TRIPP, J.D., is the former chairperson of the Elder Law and Disability Rights Section of the Michigan State Bar. Ms. Tripp is a Fellow with the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and member of the Special Needs Alliance. She is also a member of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys, the National Alliance on Mental Illness, and the Jackson Area Estate Planning Council. Ms. Tripp was selected as Lawyer of the Year 2014 for Best Lawyers Magazine in the area of Elder Law and has been included in Super Lawyers Magazine every year since 2008. She has written numerous publications and is invited to speak frequently in the areas of elder law and special needs planning.
