Ashley Charbonneau, LCSW, LAC


Ashley Charbonneau, LCSW, LAC, is a seasoned mental health professional and clinical supervisor with a strong passion for guiding and training the next generation of clinicians. As the founder of Enso Counseling, Ashley specializes in individual therapy addressing substance use, trauma, unhealthy/abusive relationships, and problematic sexual behaviors. Her experience spans working with offenders, victims of abuse and neglect, adolescents, and adults, offering her a unique perspective on creating opportunities for healing and fostering restorative justice.

Ashley brings extensive supervision expertise to her practice, having served as an SOMB Treatment Provider, Evaluator, and Clinical Supervisor since 2014. In addition, she is an Approved Clinical Supervisor who mentors clinicians in delivering ethical, trauma-informed care. Ashley is deeply committed to supporting supervisees in building confidence, refining their skills, and cultivating healthy therapeutic relationships.
