Christina Kurkowski, MS, RN, ONC, CNOR, ANP-C, ONP-C
Christina Kurkowski cares for patients presenting with degenerative, metabolic, trauma and sports medicine orthopaedic conditions in the operating room, post-operative surgical unit and the clinic setting. A certified orthopaedic nurse practitioner, Tina's roles have included registered nurse first assistant (RNFA), total joint case manager, and MSM computer specialist.
Tina's dedication to her profession is demonstrated by her membership in the National Association of Orthopaedic Nurses (NAON), Association of Operating Room Nurses and the Wisconsin Nurses Association (WNA). The author of the Orthopaedic Operating Room Manual and a chapter in Orthopaedic Nursing, Tina has also authored articles for peer-reviewed journals. She has presented internationally for the NAON and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and is well known for her ability to provide practical information to interdisciplinary health care audiences.
