Dr. Jennifer Hill, DNP, ARNP
Dr. Jennifer Hill is board-certified in Family Practice as a Nurse Practitioner. She currently practices at the Gastroenterology Clinic at Blank Children's Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa. She also started and is conducting a pilot program on the implementation of a multi-disciplinary weight management and healthy lifestyles clinic for pediatric patients. In addition to working with gastroenterology services, Dr. Hill provides services to a Latina Family Practice Clinic and works to make resources accessible to those in need.
Dr. Hill is a clinical instructor at Graceland University in the MSN/FNP program, teaching a variety of courses, including Scholarly Project, Professional Roles, Pharmacology, and Clinical Practicums. She also serves as a clinical preceptor for Nurse Practitioner students. Dr. Hill has written and presented extensively at both the national and local level on a variety of gastroenterology topics. She is a manuscript reviewer for the journal, Gastroenterology Nursing and the textbook, Capriotti: Human Pathophysiology Nursing Textbook.
