Frances Belmonte-Mann, MA, BSN, RN, ILCSN, ILADM
Frances Belmonte-Mann has been a school administrator/school nurse for over 25 years. Over the years, she has written school nursing policy and procedures, and developed nursing and special education manuals. Frances has written over 1,000 Individual Education Plans (IEP) in all settings: pre-school, elementary and high school. Her published nursing articles can be found in The Journal of School Nursing. Frances is currently a clinical instructor at the University of Illinois - Chicago in the College of Nursing, Certified School Nurse Program.
