Kathryn H. Gordon, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist and the author of The Suicidal Thoughts Workbook: Cognitive Therapy Skills to Reduce Emotional Pain, Increase Hope, and Prevent Suicide. Prior to working as a therapist, she was a professor for ten years.
