Lisa Cooseman, OTR/L, MS


Lisa Cooseman, OTR/L, MS, is an occupational therapist and co-owner of Leaps and Bounds, Inc., in St. Peters, MO. Leaps and Bounds, Inc. is a pediatric therapy center which specializes in treating children with sensory processing concerns. Ms. Cooseman received her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy and Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Maryville University in St. Louis, MO. She also serves as adjunct faculty for Maryville University's occupational therapy program. Some of the coursework she has previously taught includes pediatric neuro-rehabilitation, sensory processing, handwriting, and child development.

In her practice, Ms. Cooseman utilizes a sensory integrative approach to assess and treat children of all ages and abilities. Leaps and Bounds, Inc. provides therapy for children who have demonstrated difficulties in some of the following areas: handwriting, motor coordination, feeding, social skills, behavior and attention skills. She has extensive training in handwriting, as well as CranioSacral Therapy, Therapeutic Listening, oral motor treatment, visual processing concerns and sensory processing.
