Mei Ling Hu has more than 20 years of experience in providing counseling and supervision for children, teenagers, and women with complex trauma, using a person-centered approach. She applies expressive art therapy, SMART (Sensory Motor Arousal Regulation Therapy), play therapy, mindfulness, TRE (Tension/trauma Releasing Exercise) and focusing to actively develop the concept and theory of integrating body and mind for trauma healing into practical programs for clients. She is passionate in empowering children and women.
