Attorney Williams' successful representation of nurses and other health care professionals before their professional licensing boards in matters relating to regulatory compliance (Joint Commission, AHCA, CMS, RACs, etc.) patient deaths, medication errors resulting in serious injury or death, negligent supervision, and other actions seeking discipline of their nursing licenses such as suspension and revocation.
