Robin W. McBrearty is currently a supervisor and educator at Southern Ocean Medical Center in Manahawkin, New Jersey. She has over 25 years of experience in critical care. Robin's experience ranges from intensive care to interventional radiology. As the Director of Critical Care, she became active in staff development. Robin strives to provide the very best in patient care and to share new knowledge with colleagues. She is certified as CCRN and CMC through the American Association of Critical Care Nurses and has earned her CNRN through the American Association of Neuroscience Nurses. Robin is presently a Certified Radiology Nurse through the Association of Radiology and Imaging Nurses (ARIN). She was a contributor to the development of the certification exam for ARIN. In addition to her speaking engagements for PESI HealthCare, Robin has also developed a new training curriculum for the emerging field of Interventional Neuro-Radiology and has been an invited presenter at their national convention.
