Sarah Betz, LCSW

Sarah Betz, LCSW, has over 10 years of experience as a psychotherapist, consultant, founder, and clinical supervisor. Her specialties include trauma, gender & sexuality, inclusive therapy with marginalized populations, and outdoor therapy. Sarah is deeply committed to making therapy an anti-racist, LGBTQIA+ friendly, gender-affirming, body-and-fat-positive, sex-positive space. She created a group practice, Meadow Therapy, PLLC, to incorporate these principles into the work of the next generation of therapist, bring nature back into psychotherapy, and move from individual to collective healing.

Sarah teaches trauma-informed practices and somatic coping skills, creates workshops around the intersections of trauma and sexuality, and is a consultant for Deb Dana’s Foundations of Polyvagal Informed Practice training.
