Stewart J. Levin, Esq


STEWART J. LEVIN, Esq., has been in active practice as a member of the California State Bar for over 30 years. He graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and received his law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law. During the first half of his legal career, Mr. Levin handled personal injury, product liability, child abuse, and U.S. Tax Court cases. Approximately 15 years ago, he began litigating elder neglect and abuse cases. Since that time, Mr. Levin’s practice has evolved to focus on elder abuse, financial elder abuse, and estate litigation. He has resolved numerous cases in court and binding arbitration, and has drafted winning appeals in the area of elder abuse law. Mr. Levin has made seminar presentations to numerous professional and lay audiences on elder abuse litigation. Most recent speaking engagements include Litigating Financial Elder Abuse at Continuing Education of the Bar, and Litigating Elder Abuse Cases at the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
