Brainspotting is an emerging treatment method based on finding somatic cues through the use of eye gaze for the treatment of stress and trauma. This workshop from the developer presents Brainspotting as a psychotherapy that views the human condition and human suffering from a global, developmental and neurological point of view, which he calls a neuroexperiential model.
