Landria Seals Green, MA, CCC-SLP, BCBA, is a licensed and certified speech-language pathologist and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with almost 20 years of experience in clinical therapy and clinical leadership. She is the founder of Momentum Autism Therapy Services, a provider of home, community and school-based ABA and speech pathology services. Landria has also founded and directed other multidisciplinary therapy organizations and consults in organizational behavior management as well as leadership to schools and therapy businesses. She trains professionals in speech pathology, applied behavior analysis, special education and occupational therapy in program implementation for learners of various diagnoses and created training curricula and manuals for professionals. Landria is the developer of the SOAR Autism Curriculum and SOAR Solutions for Autism, ABA, and special education, which provides a comprehensive tool for targets in ABA Therapy programs. Providing consultation and training in Intensive Behavior Intervention (IAI) programs to public, private and charter schools, Landria is a sought-after expert in the field.

Robin Williams, MS, BCBA, has over 20 years in the fields of education and Applied Behavior Analysis. She has worked in a variety of roles, teaching and providing technical assistance and coaching educators of students with disabilities ages 3-22. Robin is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), who built her private practice over the last 16 years. She has over 20 years of experience working with children and adults with severe developmental disabilities, including those with autism spectrum disorders and intensive behavioral disorders. Robin currently consults with private clients, local correctional facilities, behavior focused group homes and schools, providing direct ABA services to families/caregivers and professional development to staff. She has written and developed a variety of trainings for teachers, parents and staff and has also presented at local and international education and behavior conferences. Robin's interests include parent and teacher training and efficacy, supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, and social justice/ equity in education.
