Alanis Morissette is a Canadian-American singer, songwriter, record producer, and actress known for her mental health advocacy and Podcast featuring leaders in healing. She is best known for her expressive mezzo-soprano voice, which has sold over 75 million of her eight studio albums worldwide, including her wildly successful debut album, Jagged Little Pill, in 1995. She has won twelve Juno Awards, seven Grammy Awards, been featured in films, and received many more Grammy nominations and honors.
