Elizabeth Fedrick, PhD, LPC


Dr. Elizabeth Fedrick is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Relationship Expert. She is the founder and CEO of a multi-unit group private practice, Evolve Counseling & Behavioral Health Services, in the Phoenix, Arizona area.  

 

Dr. Elizabeth holds a doctoral degree in psychology, as well as a master's degree in professional counseling. She is trained in various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), and Motivational Interviewing.? 

 

Dr. Elizabeth hosts a relationship-based podcast and provides daily relationship content for an active Instagram community. She also regularly presents mental health talks and media interviews (Good Day LA, Us Weekly, The List, and various podcasts), as well as contributes to mental health articles for various media outlets (as seen in, Oprah Daily, Forbes, Self Magazine, Cosmopolitan, HuffPost, Newsweek, and more). Dr. Elizabeth released her first book on November 28th, 2023, titled: Relationship (Re)Programming. She is also in partnership with PESI to author a clinician’s guide to Relationship (Re)Programming.  

 

Dr. Elizabeth is incredibly passionate about bringing awareness and relatability to relationship struggles. She is committed to providing insights, guidance, and support to assist individuals in understanding and addressing dysfunctional relational patterns, as well as to help them work towards a healthier and more evolved way of connecting with others.
