Nikki Harley, MSOD, is an Organizational Development Professional who has provided innovative solutions to organizations in the areas of diversity and inclusion, conflict resolution, climate assessment, cultural competency, Equal Employment (EEO) training, on-boarding, training compliance, leadership development and organizational change management.
