Sanul Corrielus, MD, MBA, FACC, is a board-certified cardiologist, best-selling author in heart health and CEO of Corrielus Cardiology. With over two decades of clinical experience, Dr. Corrielus practices preventive cardiology and provides culturally competent care to address health inequities. Corrielus Cardiology offers comprehensive cardiac non-invasive diagnostic evaluations and treatments.
As the founder of the Community Cardiovascular Initiative, Dr. Corrielus promotes heart health education. His approach emphasizes healthcare over sick care, focusing on outreach, education empowerment, and connecting individuals to culturally competent care. Through partnerships with local organizations, health education, and media outreach, he strives to deliver accessible and culturally sensitive care that reflects the community values. Dr. Corrielus encourages people to be active partners in their healthcare.
After completing his internal medicine residency at Temple University Hospital, Dr. Corrielus worked as a primary care provider before entering a cardiovascular fellowship at Howard University Hospital.
