Stephanie Weightman, PharmD, BCPS, BCPPS, BCEMP, is the head of clinical operations at Perfecting Peds, which focuses on optimizing pediatric patient outcomes through evidence-based interventions. With triple board certifications in pharmacotherapy, pediatric pharmacotherapy, and emergency medicine coupled with specialized skills in pharmacy education, her mission is to ensure that every pediatric patient receives the highest standard of care with an individualized approach.
