Ms. LaGrange’s 25+ years of experience includes a range of positions, such as Director of Nursing and Consultant. Her successful career includes extensive leadership roles in which her knowledge and expertise have assisted organizations in regulatory, clinical and operational turn-a-rounds. In her past 20+ years with Pathway Health Services, she has assisted quality improvements in a multitude of organizations and has become a nationally renowned trainer in infection control, restorative nursing, and is an INTERACT™ Certified Champion Master Trainer. In addition to her extensive nursing administrative background, Susan is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
